As a career and employment services business, Atrium collects personally-identifying information including, Internet Protocol (IP) address(es), your name, address, telephone numbers, schools attended, e-mail address(es) and companies worked for, as well as other relevant information for prospective employment with Atrium or Atrium clients who will become your future employer. Your name may be shared with Atrium’s client after hire. Due to the nature of the employment-related services Atrium provides, most visitors to the Website choose to provide personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Atrium gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. Atrium does not disclose personally-identifying information in ways other than as described herein. You can always refuse to supply information, with the caveat that it may prevent you from receiving certain Atrium services.

Atrium conducts the majority of its business electronically and by telephone. You will need to provide Atrium with your email address and contact telephone number in order for us to contact you. Atrium does not sell or rent your personally-identifying information.
Atrium may use your email address, mobile phone number, and other contact information to alert you of job openings, profiles, articles, news, and other employment-related information, as well as to notify you of special promotions or additional products and services offered by us or Atrium affiliates and partners. If you do not want us to use your contact information, which would include your email and or mobile phone number, to alert you of job openings, please complete our Data Subject Request form.
Atrium is committed to protecting the personally-identifying information you share with Atrium. Atrium uses a combination of industry-standard security technologies, procedures, and organizational measures to help protect your personally-identifying information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, no information transmitted on the internet or stored on servers is 100% secure. As a result, Atrium cannot guarantee that any information covered by this Policy will absolutely secure.
Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under 13 years of age may provide any information to or on the Website. Atrium does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. In addition to the rights as explained in this Policy, under California’s “Shine the Light” law, Atrium users or non-Atrium users who provide personal information (as defined in the Shine the Light statute) in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from Atrium, once a calendar year, information about the personal information shared by Atrium, if any, with other businesses for marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of personal information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which Atrium shared such personal information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2020 will receive information about 2019). To exercise your rights, please submit a Data Subject Request. Atrium will respond to your request within thirty (30) days.

Please note that your request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information, as, for example, some of your content may have been reposted by another user.
Do Not Track is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. Atrium does not sell personal information. Nevada residents may submit a Data Subject Request for questions regarding Atrium practices relating to personal information.
The Website may contain links to other websites or Atrium e-mail messages may contain privacy provisions that differ from the provisions of this Policy. To ensure your privacy is protected, Atrium recommends that you review the privacy statements of these other linked sites, applications, or other digital platforms. Atrium will take all commercially reasonable measures to protect against the loss, unauthorized access, misuse, alteration or destruction of personally-identifying information. Although, Atrium continually strives to ensure reasonable protection of your personally-identifying information against possible security threats, no computer system or database can ever be fully protected against all risks, and Atrium cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not bypass our security measures and use your personal information for improper purposes.
